Order Fullfillment

Allaris streamlines order fulfillment, allowing sales representatives to convert a quote into an order with just one click of a mouse. Once fulfilled, the order automatically becomes an item to be invoiced. By eliminating redundant data entry and needless paperwork, your company can fulfill orders more efficiently and boost customer satisfaction and your sales representatives can spend more time selling.

 

 

Customer Management

Customer profiles are automatically created through an initial data migration from your legacy accounting system. Edits to existing customers or the creation of new customers are completed in the customer profile form. There are no limits to the number of fields in a customer profile such as; multiple addresses, multiple contacts, payment terms, credit limit, taxes, etc…

 

Customer Orders

Once an order has been created it is automatically routed for approval. Approval triggers email notifications to the appropriate employees to immediately start the fulfillment process. Colour coded status keys such as; not shipped, ready to invoice, fully invoiced, partially invoiced visually illustrate the status of each order. Once an order is shipped, the packing slip automatically generates a proforma invoice for approval and auto-triggered email notifications are sent to the appropriate individuals to act. The status key changes from not shipped to ready to invoice. Once the proforma invoice is approved an invoice and invoice number are automatically generated and posted to the Controller module.

Customer Quotes

Create customer quotes with an online form that is visually identical to your existing paper based forms. Colour coded status keys such as; recently issued, expired, ordered, etc…, give your sales representatives the information they need to act. When a customers purchase order is received, convert the quote into an order with a click of a mouse and entering the customer purchase order number

 

Real Time Order Status

The Allaris Navigation Chart (NavChart) allows everyone, even customers, to access the same real-time order status. The NavChart is a completely original method of displaying a visual status map of an order from quotation to invoice. The NavChart is fully interactive and real-time.
